Return/Exchange Policy

All Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

· Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from delivery of your order. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with labels intact.

· A refund will be issued (MINUS SHIPPING FEES) to the credit card used in the original transaction if you decide not to exchange for another item (s) and all return/exchange guidelines are met.

· Pistol Pete merchandise that has been purchased through OTHER retailers should be returned directly to them.

· If you request an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item (s), the difference will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you request a replacement (s) of higher value, the difference will be charged to the credit card used in the original transaction.

· By law, ALL UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR are excluded from our general return policy.  Any underwear or swimwear returned to us will be discarded and NO refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of conidtion or packaging!  No exceptions.

· ALL SALE ITEMS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! If you purchase something on sale chances are we are discontinuing that style, color, etc. So, NO REFUNDS, please keep that in mind before ordering sale merchandise.
