Should I sign up to receive your newsletter?
If you like the sound of secret sales, promotions and offers that are not always available or visible to the general public, then we think you should. It is also were we tell you first about new products, styles, free giveaways, free shipping, etc. If you're not signed up you could be missing out on special savings and news!! We don't share your info. with anyone else. NOTE: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE WITH A WORK, YOUR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS IF IN THE FUTURE YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES RECEIVING THEM. SIGNING ON IS STRICTLY YOUR CHOICE!

What if I sign up for your newsletter and later want to be taken off the list?
If you sign up for our newsletter and decide later on you do not wish to receive them anymore, you can remove yourself from the list by clicking to UNSUBSCRIBE in the newsletter section of our website. Simply type in the EXACT e-mail address you entered to initially subscribe and that should remove you from the list. NOTE: If you subscribed as an express checkout customer you will have to e-mail us at
mail@pistolpete.com to remove you from the list. Just provide us with your first and last name, the EXACT e-mail address used to subscribe and we will delete you. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!

I am having a problem completing my order/payment?
The most common reason for this is that your address and the format of your address do not match the records i.e. billing address your bank holds for the credit card being used. The system is set up that way to prevent others from using your card. The problem is easily managed by typing the correct information on the billing and shipping address section when checking out.

How and where can I return items for exchange/refund?
To return or exchange an item (s) simply send them to the following address: 6364 Bothwell Road Tarzana, CA 91335 along with a copy of your receipt or some sort of note stating you want an exchange or refund. If an exchange is involved specify color, size, style. Also, an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item (s), the difference will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. If you request a replacement (s) of higher value, any difference will be charged, so please provide us with a credit card number. All Returns and exchanges are subject to our exchange/return policy.

Does your clothing run small or large?
Our clothing is a contoured fit, which means they are more of a European fit compared to your standard American sizes. If you like your clothes with a little more room we recommend you to go up a size.

Do you have a catalogue?
No. We use to send out catalogues, but stopped producing them a few years ago. All our products can be viewed and bought through our website.

Can my order be changed after it is submitted?
Contact us through e-mail at mail@pistolpete.com and write “Change Order” in the subject line. Orders are printed and shipped out fairly quickly so if we see your request before it gets packed then you're likely to get it changed.

Are sale items FINAL SALE?
Yes. If you purchase something on sale chances are we are discontinuing that style, color, etc. NO REFUNDS, please keep that in mind before ordering.
